The transformation from one distinct image to another, usually of similar dimension and appearance.
Morphing (transitional effect) - This produces a kind of animation, switching between similar images as you change your viewing perspective. This technique can be applied to something as simple as changes in colour, or more complex animations like a transformation. Artwork Consideration This is a multi-phase animation where the transition from one image to the next is “stepped” to give the illusion that one changes into another form. For this reason, it is advisable that elements have a similar shape and colour density to reduce the “ghosting” effect. To create a morph, we require both the before and after images as well as the elements in between. |
